Kathryn and I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all our members, staff, PT’s and class instructors for supporting On The Limit in 2018. We truly appreciate each and every one of you.
With the support of the team, over the past few days, we have been taking some time out to enjoy some family time before all the hard work starts over again. 2019 is an exciting one for us. There are lots of things which we and the team have been busy working on in the last couple of months, all of which will be revealed over the coming weeks and months to re-affirm our commitment to you as members and show that we really are the place to go to, fitness & wellbeing wise, in Tring.
Having opened On The Limit in 2012, we took a ‘go hard or go home’ attitude, in respect of the fact we wanted to provide the population of Tring a place where they could improve their fitness with good quality, varied exercise opportunities, rather than a niche market, targeting only a small minority. We think we have achieved that. Whatever the motivation for joining, we welcome men and women of all ages, whether someone has never exercised before or are an established athlete, we want to provide a facility for everyone. Whether it be group classes, personal training or working through your own individually designed program developed by our team of fitness professionals, our aim is to guide you when you steer off course, or suggest new training methods. Irrespective of ability, we want everyone to feel welcomed, valued, encouraged and most importantly not feel intimidated which so many other establishments can make you feel. We truly hope this is how everyone feels and are committed to ensuring this continues.
Finally, we hope you enjoy your journey with us, and again, thank you SO SO much for your continued support as part of TeamOTL.
