Classes can be booked by telephone, at the Club reception or on-line. Classes cannot be booked for more than one person. Booking rights follow peak and off peak membership access rights. Members can make class bookings 7 days in advance.
OTL staff can book a class on the day if there is available space. Guest members or Pay as you go members can book a class on the day if there is availability. Alternative group exercise classes will be advised to you if you are unable to book your desired class.
Members on a waiting list will be contacted in order of the list if a space becomes available. If we are unable to leave a message the next member will be contacted and the first to make contact will receive the place.
We require a minimum of 24hrs cancellation notice. If a class is not cancelled (no show) or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice for 3 times or more in any 3 month period, the member will lose their advance booking rights for a period of a month.
The Club reserves the right to cancel a class with less than 3 members attending. Class bookings are done by either phone, e-mail or in person at the Club. The club at times may need to cancel or change a class time or instructor and provide as much notice as possible.
The Club Manager will monitor abuse on a monthly basis through an exception report. First time offenders will get a “warning” email/call/letter from the Club Manager and following that a ban if they continue to offend.
