Tom Stainer is a Clinical Specialist Chartered Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Masters in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from UCL. He is HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Tom offers physiotherapy assessment and treatment, ACL rehabilitation, running rehabilitation with gait analysis, and bespoke strength and conditioning programmes. He has a particular interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation for recreational and international athletes.
